i gotta admit, the difference between meditating with and without these is HUGE.

it’s not just the internal upliftment one feels, there is something organizing and generating to the positioning and locating of weight upon a point — is it emanations or absorptions?

i don’t like metals of any kind and don’t wear rings and watches or necklaces.

but these crystal stones feel oddly delightful.

i never would’ve tried this, but one of the cool gifts i got this year for my birthday (and i got some of the best ever!!!! yeehaw) was three of these and they have perfect form for alignment.

so i tried it
