On June 22, 2010 roughly 10,000 plus yoga practitioners got together on the Great Lawn in Central Park. An estimated 13,000 registered for the free event. Reggie Watts entertained the crowd. The yoga class ended early due to rain.

Asana es el nombre que se le da en yoga a una postura. Este es un folleto del centro al que estoy asistiendo. La cobra, el arbol y la pinza son magnificas, algo tienen que me hace sentir elegante y mistico. El arado, angulo y la vela son mis pesadillas, siempre me ando cayendo.
